Dolores has over 20 years of experience conducting social impact and international development programs. She has devised and delivered nationally recognized social impact models and engaged government ministries securing the replication of approaches and programs widely through the region.

Dolores has worked with foundations, philanthropists, private and public sector, bi-lateral and multi-lateral agencies on education, gender, youth engagement and entrepreneurship. She has intimate knowledge of the circumstances in African countries, Canada, the USA, and the UK. She holds a master’s degree in Development Studies from the University of Manchester, UK, as well as Executive Education Certificates from Harvard University, USA. Motivated by social transformation, culturally relevant solutions to global development and social justice, Dolores led the establishment of Densu Associates to provide a pioneering approach to delivering social change.

Nana has extensive qualitative research and evaluation background with a focus on gender, education, business, nutrition, and public health. She is an ethnographer and educational anthropologist with more than 15 years of experience working across multiple disciplines and multiple spaces. As a researcher with an interdisciplinary background, she has strong technical capacity and experience leading teams in diverse contexts, designing programs, conducting training, leading monitoring, and evaluating program. She has worked with academic institutions, governments, donors, think tanks, local and international organizations. Nana has authored several publications and has experience working in countries such as Canada, Ghana, Kenya, India, North Sudan, and the USA.

Nana has a Doctorate (Distinction) from The University of Pennsylvania in Education, Culture and Society, she speaks fluent French and is passionate about in-depth and rigorous participatory research that addresses critical questions, contributes to knowledge production, and informs learning.

Francisca has over ten years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research and learning of international development programs and is currently pursuing her doctoral studies at the University of Edinburgh, UK in inclusive monitoring and evaluation with emphases on disability and gender mainstreaming. Prior to starting her doctoral degree, she served as a monitoring and evaluation specialist with Campaign for Female Education (Camfed) in Ghana. She also worked as a gender advisor for OAK Development Advisory in Ghana. Francisca has experience across West Africa having lived and worked as a youth educator in Conakry-Guinea.

She holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, UK and a BSc in Development Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. Francisca is passionate about inclusiveness, diversity, evidence-based research, and data disaggregation.

Mary Joy is an accomplished accounting practitioner with over 10 years of extensive experience in full-cycle accounting operations in areas such as capital budgeting, treasury management, variance analysis, reconciliations, strategic planning, operational excellence, process improvement, resource allocation, financial reporting, and project management.

She is skilled in financial risk management and has worked within the government, for-profit, and non-profit sectors. She holds an MBA from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Canada.
